Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Rather Date a Book. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may be eligible for a return, subject to the conditions below.

 

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or not in unused, brand-new condition at the time of delivery.

Change of mind after purchase is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return requests must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order.

Requests made after three (3) days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Accessories (excluding books, where applicable)

 

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us within the eligible return period using one of the following methods and provide your order name and order number:

Returned items must be securely packed in their original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, suitable protective packaging must be used.

Return shipping costs for approved returns will be paid or reimbursed by Rather Date a Book.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval before a refund or exchange is processed.

Please allow up to seven (7) working days from the date we receive the returned item for inspection and processing.

Upon approval, you may choose one of the following options:

A full refund to the original payment method

Store credit

An exchange, subject to product availability

Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team with your order name and order number.

If canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the order has already been shipped, please refer to the Returns & Refunds section above.

 

Policy Updates

Rather Date a Book reserves the right to modify or update this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to future orders only.
